He is survived by: his parent Shirley Mae Erp Slavey; his children, Michael, Shannon and Tamara of Eubank; his sisters, Kathy Ramsey, Phelps Ramsey of Campbellsville and Sharon Ramsey of Science Hill; his grandchildren, Damien Erp, Chloe Erp, Brooke Erp and Wyatt Erp; and also Terry of Eubank.
