He is survived by: his mother Judy Day (Eubank); his children, Brittany Goodin, Linda Wesley, Lindsay Wesley, Amber Day, Steven Richard Day Jr. and David Day; his stepmother Donna Day; his grandchildren, Jaxson, Amir and Sarah; his brothers, Chris Day and Dan Taleff; his nieces, Samantha Gingrich and Ashley Drees; his nephew Anthony Day; and the mother of his children Christina Goodin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take form in donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland or Gods Food Pantry.
