She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Sanders Parrott and Minnie Mae Combs-Parrott. She is survived by: her husband Ralph E. Sapp; her children, Dianne Sapp-Bennett (Lee Bennett) of Indiana, Neta Sapp-Brock (Dwayne) of Nancy, Brenda Sapp-Lowery (Roger) of Somerset, Marsha Lynn Sapp-Mayfield (Robert) of Eubank, Janet Sapp-Faw of Waynesburg and Michael Sapp (Bonnie) of Somerset; her sisters, Mary Ann and Glenda Joyce; her grandchildren, Stephanie Turpin, John Sutton, Evan Sutton, Michelle Brock-Bramble, Matthew Brock and Kayla Sapp; and her close friend Daisy "Duke" Hicks of Jellico, TN. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
