He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hayes (Rhonda) and Regina Cash (Richard); his stepfather Teddy Woodall; his brothers, Jason Bradley Woodall, William "Billy" Hayes and Tony Hayes; and his grandparents, Joe Bradley (Aroma), Elizabeth Woodall and Christine McFerron.
He is survived by: his children, Jaeleigh Hayes, Braydon Issacs and Karleigh Issacs; his brothers, Adam Woodall (Kelsey) of Lancaster, KY and Tyler Carrier of Eubank, KY; his nieces, Rayna Wilhoit and Ashlynn Woodall; his nephew Alex Woodall; and his uncle Tim Bradley.
