He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoy Mofield and Hazel Mofield (Warren); his wife Donna Godbey (Wilson); and his sister Betty McKinney. He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Tonya) of Eubank, Chris Godbey (Beth) of Eubank, Karen Waters of Somerset, Jeanette Mofield of Berea and Natasha Hendricks (Stacy) of Eubank; his siblings, Coy Mofield of Science Hill and Flonnie Dye of Nancy; and his grandchildren, Dani Gulock, McKayla Waters, Caleb Godbey, Nolan Hendricks, Brody Luke Hendricks, Christian Godbey, Carlee Ann Godbey and Cameron Godbey. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
