He was predeceased by: his nephew Larry Wayne Burton; and his parents-in-law, Fred James and Hazel James (Adams). He is survived by: his parents, Delton Vaught and Beatrice "Att" Vaught (Foster); his wife Judy Lynn Vaught (James); his daughter Minda Lynna; his granddaughters, Jaslyn SaKara Hudson of Nancy and Shalyn Jaylah Hudson of Nancy; his sister Shelva Karen of Eubank; his nephews, Kenny Ray Burton and Christopher Dale "Chris"; his friend Johnny; his sisters-in-law, Lana Cassada (James) and Margaret James (Jasper); and also Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
