It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronnie Ray Payne of Eubank, Kentucky, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Payne and Ruby Bullock Payne; and his brother David Payne. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Payne (Eubank) of Eubank; and his children, Trina Jeanette Whitaker of Eubank, One and Stanley Ray Payne (Terri) of Brodhead.
