Though Paula Annette may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Mofield and Bina Jones (Shadoan). She is survived by: her husband Randy Burton; her sons, Benjamin T. Burton (Shianne) of Eubank, KY, Blakely T. Burton of Eubank, KY and Bradford T. Burton of Eubank, KY; her sister Debbie Gastineau (Lloyd) of Stanford, KY; and her granddaughter Caroline Annette Burton. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles; and several nieces and nephews.
