She was predeceased by: her parent Daniel Boone; her husband Ronald Lee Tarter; and her brother Donnie Brock. She is survived by: her parent Fannie Rose Napier Brock; and her siblings, Danny Brock of Middlesboro, KY, Annette Brock and Rubie Brock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
