She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Whitaker and Widdie Whitaker (Phelps); and her husband Delmar C. Mofield. She is survived by: her son Ronald Mofield (Kathleen) of Harrison. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
