He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Napier and Doris Napier (Hicks); his former wife Patricia Napier (Foster); and his wife Joyce Napier (Petty). He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Napier of Somerset; his brother David Lee Napier of Eubank; and his cousin Gene Roark of Somerset.
In accordance with the recommendations concerning the COVID-19, the services will be private, and for immediate family only.
