She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Dean and Virginia Taylor (Wesley); her husband George Leach; her children, Gregory Allen Leach, Debra Sims and Nancy Kidd; her daughter-in-law Shirley Leach; her brother Glenn Todd; and her grandchildren, Tommy Ashely, Denese Leach and Ralph Ray.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Leach (Ginger), Doug Leach (Judy), Wayne Leach (Loretta), Regina Ashley (Bobby) and Donna Ashley (Terry); her sisters, Dianna Witt (Bobby) and Linda Kay; and her son-in-law Danny Sims. She is also survived by twenty five grandchildren; forty great-grandchildren; and eighteen great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Morris & Hislope Funeral Home (5900 US Hwy 27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
