He was predeceased by: his parents, Arville Haggard and Dorothy Haggard (Wesley); and his siblings, Reid Haggard (Olife), Van Haggard (Vina) and Iona Hall (Ross).
He is survived by: his wife Charlcie Haggard (Sweet); his daughters, Helen Poynter (Gary) of Eubank, Clyda Burton (Gary Sears) of Somerset and Lisa Burton (Kenny) of Brodhead; his grandson Chris Poynter (Chrystal) of Eubank; and his great grandchild Blake Poynter of Eubank. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
