She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Durham and Minnie Durham (Petrey); and her brother J. D. Durham (Ruth). She is survived by: her husband Gorman R Shelley; her sons, Gorman Lee Shelley (Stacy Craig) of Eubank, KY, Wayne Shelley (Donna) of Eubank, KY, Tony Shelley of Eubank, KY and Danny Shelley of San Hook, KY; her grandchildren, Tyler Shelley of Savannah, GA and Jessica Johnson (Alex) of San Diego, CA; her great grandchild Xander Johnson of San Diego, CA; and her sister Opal Dean Chapman (Poe) of Shelbyville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
