Lewis Ruckel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lewis Ruckel of Eubank, Kentucky, who passed away on November 10, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ruckel and Ruby Spaw Ruckel; his brothers, Linville, Leonard and Larry Ruckel; and his grandson-in-law Rob McClintock.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy May Ruckel; his daughters, Beverly Estes (Gary) of Eubank and Pam Campbell (Kenny) of Georgetown, KY; his siblings, Lloyd Ruckel of Waynesburg, Leland Ruckel of Eubank, Wilma Jean Daniels of Eubank and Betty Jane Allen of Centre, Alabama; his grandchildren, Justin, Jonathan Smith, Jessica McClintock and Elizabeth Kelly (Brad); his stepgrandsons, Allen and Adam Estes; and his close friend J. T. Stogsdill. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
At the request of the family visitors are asked to wear a face mask when entering the chapel.
The family request in lieu of flowers that the form of donations be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
