She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Taylor and Mollie Agnes Eubanks (Denney); her husband Henry S. Keith; and her siblings, Frances Bishop, Doris Helton and Alvin Eubanks.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Keith (Carole) of Marietta, GA, Elaine McMullin (Dwain) of Eubank, Donna Caldwell (Ray) of Eubank and David Keith (Sandra) of Eubank; and her grandchildren, Suzanne Keith, Dana Keller Bush, Christopher Keith, Angela Keller Absher, Adam Keller, Molly Caldwell, Chelsea Keith, Aaron Keith, Kayla Dick, Henry Lorman, Kelsey Lorman and Brandon Lorman. She is also survived by twenty three great grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
