He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Kay Bullock Stigall. He is survived by: his father Dennis Ray Stigall; his wife Joy Stigall; his children, Devion Stigall (Chloe) of Somerset, Vanessa Woodard (Nick) of Eubank and Latricia Gibson (Shaun) of Somerset; his sister Heather Warrick (Gary) of Somerset; and his grandchildren, Sable Gibson, Athena Woodard, Sawyer Hughes, Madilyn Stigall and Carter Casada.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kevin Stigall Memorial Fund C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
