He was predeceased by: his parent Rosa Blevins; and his son Doug Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pumphrey Blevins; his son Ken Blevins of Eubank; his grandchildren, Ben Blevins (Samantha) of Somerset and Hannah Whittle (Aaron) of Nancy; his great grandchild Easton Blevins; and his grandsons, Jason Wilson of Eubank and Robert Haste of Somerset.
