She was predeceased by: her husband David Belvin Matlock; her daughter Patsy Villion; her grandson David Harris; and her siblings, William Slavey, Teddy Lee Slavey, Ella Mounce, Christine Vanhook and Margaret Gassert.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Matlock, Guthrie Matlock of Loveland, OH, Michael Matlock, Slavey Matlock of Eubank, Jaqueline Matlock, Williams Matlock of Mason, OH, Terry Matlock, David Matlock and Pamela "Jane" Matlock; and her grandchildren, Amy Sanchez, Christina Matlock, Stacey Matlock, Patrick Villion, Bill Harris, Sheila Harris, Chris Harris, Rosetta Clark, Larry Slavey, Amber Smith, Takesha Matlock, Luis C. and Mae C.. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; special friend, Earl Randolph; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
