He is survived by: his wife Lucille Chumbley; his children, Marvin Chumbley of Eubank, KY, Susanna Hurley (Jackie) of Eubank, KY and Matthew Chumbley of Eubank, KY; his grandchildren, Bailey Hurley, Brittany Rutherford, Jesi Chumbley, Susie Chumbley, Autumn Smith, Corben Lee, Lillian Chumbley and Julie Chumbley; his great grandchildren, Talin Rutherford, Tydus Rutherford and Remington Brock; his granddaughter Liza Evicci; and his brother David Chumbley.
