She is survived by: her children, Robert "Rob" Harold Collins of Eubank, Kentucky, Carrie Collins Thomas of Somerset and Jennifer Depuy of Georgetown, Kentucky; her sisters, Kay Bennett of Spiceland, Linda Baker of Gruetli, TN and Lisa Craft of Beauford; her grandchildren, Kimberly Nicole Cruz (Jose), Heather Lynn Collins, Ryan Collins, Jamison Collins and Alex Depuy; and her great grandchildren, Gohan Clayton Loveless, Brysyn Robert Portman, Augustine Leon Cruz, Nolan Luke Portman and Desmond Nicolas Cruz.
