He is survived by: his children, Brent Walton Smith (Susan Miller) of Somerset and Kimberly Rae Leslie (Stan) of Crawfordsville, IN; his siblings, Jay Harold Smith of Somerset, Berlin Smith (Cindy) of Somerset, Alan Coker of Elizabethtown, KY and Fannie Stacy of Elizabethtown, KY; his grandchildren, Tiffany Evans, Timothy Leslie, Travis Leslie, Erin Grant and Brent Smith, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Thomas Grant, Christian Grant, Haley Evans, Madison Evans, Kinley Leslie, Addilynn Leslie, Brayden Leslie and Grayson Leslie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
