He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberta Levine and Norman Levine; and his niece Sydney Hutto. He is survived by: his sisters, Audrey Branscum (Buddy), Dauphine Levine, Norma Jean Hall and Theresa Hutto (Kevin). He is also survived by eight nieces & nephews and 16 great nieces & nephews.
