He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Thomas and Virginia Miller; his wife Matricia Miller (Hoskins); his brothers, Noah Thomas Miller, Jr. and Bobby Ray Miller; his nephew John Thomas Bailey; his nieces, Richena Beth Marie Johnson and Jennifer Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Peace and Susan Miller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Betsy Hall-Smith of Eubank and Pattie Miracle (J. P.) of Miracle, Kentucky; his siblings, James L. Miller of Alabama, Adam M. Miller of Pineville, Rosa Marie Peace of Pineville, Ella Louise Bailey (Kenneth) of Arjay and Dianna McDougel (Steven) of Maine; and his grandsons, John Robert Miracle of Miracle and Jake Mason Smith of Eubank. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members & friends.
