We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2024, at the age of 79, Franklin Fouts of Eubank, Kentucky, born in Letcher, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Franklin's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Franklin's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bradley and Alta Fouts (Caudill). He is survived by: his significant other Betty Fouts (Reynolds); his children, Kevin Delano Fouts, Tammy Renee Pittman (Phillip), Tonya Lynne Bates (Bill) and Tracie Nicole Howard; and his grandchildren, Clay Daniel Howard and Carlee Faith Howard.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Morris & Hislope Funeral Home (5900 US Hwy 27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Science Hill Cemetery (7030 KY-1247, Science Hill, KY 42553).
