She was predeceased by: her parents, Melinda York (Wesley) and Earl York; and her sister Faye Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Donald Estes; her son Donald Bradley Estes of Eubank; her siblings, Ricky Wesley (Crystal) of Highland, KY, Mike York of Eubank, Doug York of Eubank, Earlene Wallace (Mark) of Mobile, AL and Pamela Payton; and her close friend Derek Todd of Eubank. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family of Donna J. Estes requests that donations be given to Hospice of Lake Cumberland in her memory.
