He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmas McKinney and Dorothy Lee McKinney (Jasper). He is survived by: his sons, Cary Eugene McKinney (Sonya) of Crab Orchard and Jerry Lee McKinney (Jessica) of Science Hill; his siblings, Eddie McKinney, Charles McKinney of Ohio, Leroy McKinney of Eubank and Mary Mae Morgan of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Jacob Daniel McKinney and Sydney McKinney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with the recommendations concerning the COVID-19, the services will be private, and for immediate family only.
