He is survived by: his children, Chester Lee Dick Jr. (Regina) of Nancy, KY, Mary Lee Bubnick (Billy) of Eubank, KY and Majeska Meadows of Somerset, KY; his fiancée Lori Lisle; his siblings, Hobert Dick (Becky) of Nancy, KY, Ruby Jean West (Tim) of Somerset, KY, Betty L. Mistyurik (John) of Dayton, OH, Ethel Cooper (James) of Nancy, KY, Peggy Stringer (Matt) of Eubank, KY and Reva Dick of Eubank, KY; and his grandchildren, Leann Bubnick, Austin Bubnick, Karissa Dick, Christopher Dick, Lily Meadows and Isaac Meadows.
