He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Head (Miller); his daughters, Susan Sloan (Brad) of Somerset and Stephanie Head of Lexington; his sisters, Christina Head-Miller of Somerset and Winnetta Turner (Bobby) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Logan Randall, Maddox Mink, Pruett, Finnlee, Scarlett Sloan and Xander Metz; and his stepchildren, Natasha Moberly (Erich) of Rapid City, Ashlei Burdine (Brent) of Eubank, Courtney Barker of Lexington and Thomas Jones II (Kortney Jones) of Somerset.
