She was predeceased by: her parents, James Herbert and Lizzie Mae Rogers Carmack; her husbands, Elmer Bullock, Jr. and Edgar Anderson; her son Darrell Lee Bullock; and her siblings, Charles Carmack, Johnny Carmack, Albert Orland Carmack, Willie Tommy Carmack, Lucille Pike, Ruby Marie Carmack and Alice Carmack.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Floyd (Donnie) of Waynesburg, Sandy Valentine (Tracy) of Eubank and Leona Floyd (Danny) of Eubank; her brother Elmer Carmack (Gerry) of Waynesburg; and her daughter-in-law Thelma Bullock of Eubank. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
