He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Taylor Lewis and Joe Bill Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jane Lewis; his daughter Christina Lewis; his grandchildren, Chessa Stephens and Noah Stephens; and his pet Scout.

A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sloans Valley Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family is accepting monetary donations to help cover burial costs.
