He is survived by: his wife Deborah Blevins (Vaught); his children, Robert Scott Blevins (Jen), Christopher Justin Blevins, Nikki Todd (Rodney), Amy Hansford and Frank Hansford II (Monica); his grandchildren, Brandon Scott Blevins, Deana Shepherd, Ashley Rednour (Brandon), Joshua Blevins, Kaylee Smith (Cameron), Carter Hansford, Kynlee Hansford and Rami Todd; and his siblings, Martha Hamm, Betty Sutton, Carolyn Sluss, Carl Blevins and David Blevins. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home (5900 US-27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
