Wells (Meagan) of Paducah; her stepchildren, Britton Smith of Arizona, Kristopher Wells of Arizona and Michelle Wells-Fetscher of Indiana; her brothers, Michael Couch, Greg Hollen, Christopher Couch (Robin) and Thomas Couch; and her grandchildren, Kaydynce Wells, Icelynn Wells, Dailyn Wells, Brantley Wells, Kolson Wells, Xander Smith, Keli, Brock and Trevor Fetscher.
