He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Sears and Laura Barnett Sears; and his son David Austin Sears. He is survived by: his wife Jody Sears; and his siblings, Dale Sears (Margaret) of Waynesburg, Michael Sears (Flossie) of Somerset, Lonnie Sears (Amber) of Somerset, Margaret Woodall (Ronnie) of Somerset, Rose Foster (Johnie) of Somerset, Alice Johnson (Robert) of Somerset and Leisa Sears of Somerset. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Austin Sears Memorial Fund C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
