He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulice Earl Larkin and Mabel Elizabeth Jones Larkin; and his siblings, Sylvia Jane Ashburn Ritchie, Dwight Burdette Larkin, Billy Dale Larkin and Larry Wayne Larkin.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Larkin; his children, Allen Wayne Larkin (Jenni) of Bronston, KY and Tina Denise Pugh (Malcolm) of Nashville, TN; his sister Vicki Delores Chaney (Stanley) of Eubank, KY.; his grandchildren, Kelly Lee Morrow (Brandon), Jonas Allen Larkin (Kelli), Matthew Robert Larkin, Alexandria Lee Pugh and Maximus Orion Pugh; his great grandchildren, Kylee Sparks, Kyndal Morrow, Cole Morrow, Kellan Morrow, Conner Morrow, Owen Larkin, Henry Larkin, Elliott Larkin and Graham Larkin; and his friends, Jason Thompson, Mike Measel, Gerald Carter and Lorie.
