He is survived by: his wife Norma Allen of Essie; his children, Brack Allen (Melissa) of Stinnett and Jennifer Roberts (Gavin) of Essie, Kentucky.; his siblings, Gillis Allen (Kathy) of Manchester, Phyllis White (Frank) of Louisville and Dora Lee Allen of Hyden, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Brack Allen, Jr. (McKenzie) of Fayetteville, Sue Ellen of Stinnett, Adell Allen of Stinnett and Caleb Roberts of Essie, Kentucky.; his close friends, Oral Roberts, Roger Morgan, Murile Morgan and Brian Feltner; and his sons, Jimmy Ward, Patrick Morgan, John Pugh and Jerry Maggard.
