She was predeceased by: her husband Clay Collins; her children, Freda L. Gilbert and Jeffery T. Collins; and her siblings, Lowell Morgan, Eugene Morgan, Cephas Morgan, Joe Morgan and Georgia Lamb.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice R. Brock of Crothersville, IN and Mona L. Caldwell (Baxter) of Essie, KY.; her sisters, Winnie Duff and Gewonadene Morgan McKinnley of Stinnett, KY; her grandchildren, Dana Collins, Jonathon Gilbert, Eric Whitehead, Aaron Whitehead, Christopher Brock, Alissa Huff, Chawntay Bretz, Beth Davidson and T. J. Collins; and her sister-in-law Mary Baker Morgan of Hyden, KY.. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
