She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Smith (Lillian) of Brown Co, David Smith of Greenwood, IN and Chris Smith (Crystal) of Stinnett, KY; her brother Emmitt Napier of Essie, KY; her grandchildren, Brooke Nicole Smith, Lauren Renae Smith, Kyndall Smith, Taylor Smith, Isaiah Smith, Tyler Smith (Hollie) and Harper Smith; and her great grandchildren, Zaya Smith, Nova Smith, Damon Michael Smith and Waylon Jackson Smith.
