He was predeceased by: his parents, Elihue Blair and Lorine Banks Blair; and his great-niece Londyn. He is survived by: his siblings, Ricky Blair (Bonnie) of Ermine and Donna Blair of Cowan; his niece Christie Mullins (Shane) of Jenkins; his nephew Thomas Blair of Cowan; his great-nieces, Lydia Mullins, Layne Mullins, Morgan Maggard and Rylee Maggard; and his great-nephew Levi Mullins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home (102 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
