He was predeceased by: his parents, Gallie Mullins and Myrtle Osborne Mullins; and his siblings, Chester Mullins, Virgil Mullins, Ira Mullins, Hazel Vanover and Adaree Estep.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Moore Mullins; his daughter Susan Ferris (Josh) of Ermine; his sisters, Melster Roberts of Pikeville, Shirley Mullins of Neon, Betty Roberts of Pikeville and Martha Lea Adkins of Pikeville; and his grandson Tristin Jakob Mullins Ferris.
