He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bonnie Purtilar; his parents, Harold George Gruenenfelder and Mabel Marie Purtilar; his son Mark Purtilar; his grandson Nicholas Weaver; his daughter Diane Chapman (Gary) of Branford, CT; his daughter-in-law Chesla Purtilar of Williamsburg, OH; his grandchildren, Mark Chapman (Jacqueline), Chet Purtilar, Libby Chapman and Elyse Adams (Aaron); his great grandchildren, Abby, Cameron and Cole; his sister Patricia Kruger of Springfield, IL; his close friend Jamie Marshall; and also Norma McIntosh. He was also cherished by extended family members and friends.
