She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hoffman and Esther Hoffman; her husband Herman Lee Spada; and her siblings, Owen Douglas Hoffman and Helen Mae Little.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Lee Spada (Tricia) of Atlanta, GA, Dale Allen Spada (Kathleen) of Florence, KY and Jodi Sue South (Kerry) of Florence, KY; her grandchildren, Tyler (Audrey), Devon, Ellen, Ryan, Brayden, Ted and Bennett; and her great grandchild Aurora. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
