She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Sacksteder and Margaret Sacksteder; her son Jim Small; and her brother Kenny Sacksteder. She is survived by: her husband Arthur W. Small; her daughters, Karen Sandker (Tom), Connie Neiheisel (Jerry) and Cindy Mihalovich (Bo); her grandchildren, Greg Neiheisel (Mindee), Patrick Sandker, Chris Sandker, Rebecca McHargue (Brandon), Megan Hoke (Matthew) and Emily Mihalovich; her great grandchild Brooks McHargue; and her siblings, LaVerne Duell, Margie Turner, Judy Hoffman and Dan Sacksteder.
