Miller (Deanna) of Corbin, KY and Mary E.; his stepson Walter Preston (Crystal) of Crittenden, KY; his siblings, Wanda Burford of Williamstown, KY, Sheila Smallwood of Crittenden, KY and Ricky Smallwood of Williamstown, KY; his grandchildren, Ashley, Joey, Corey, Isaac and Chloe; his stepgranddaughters, Melody, Tara and Amber; and his great grandchild Kai.
