He was predeceased by: his sister Gigi Auge Caskey; and his father Roger James. He is survived by: his wife Jane Stephens Auge; his son Stephen Auge; his daughter-in-law Keri Root; and his siblings, Nelson (Jill) and Mary Jean Auge Vogt (Martin).

Mr. Auge was 80, and died from the complications of Alzheimer's disease.
