He was predeceased by: his father Harold Lee; his wife Sandra Lee; and his grandparents, Roy Lee, Mable Lee, Leslie Cox and Bessie Cox.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Lee of Erlanger, KY; his sisters, Kathy Dunham (Gregg) of Belton and Lisa Franxman (Rick) of Richwood, KY; and his nieces, Alisha Franxman of Manhattan, NY, Jessica Day of Clearwater, FL and Marley.
