He was predeceased by: his sisters, Janette and Joan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Pratt; his children, Susan Lykins (John), Rick Pratt and David Pratt (Tracy); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Bridges (Kramer), Cooper Pratt (Danielle), Carter Pratt and Taylor Lykins; and his siblings, Lynwood Pratt (Donna), Joe Kostansek, Betty Holey (Bill) and Penny Arnett. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
