He was predeceased by: his parents, Stoop Lowe and Mabel Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Irene Lowe; his children, Raymond Lowe (Mary), Penny Lowe, Suzanne Lowe and Lisa Smith; and his brother Billy Lowe (Carol). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
