He is survived by: his children, Donald Mathisen (Karen) of Gulfport and Yvonne Joy of Florence, Kentucky; his son-in-law Matt Iatridis of Woodstock; and his grandchildren, Christina Joy (Eric Murphy) of Lexington, Steven Mathisen (Kat) of Newport, Michael Iatridis of Ohio and Anthea Iatridis of Florence, Kentucky. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
