She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Dawn Rentschler; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Michael Rentschler and Amanda Sue Rentschler; and her siblings, Dolly Ann Webber and Richard Wayne Setty.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the American Lung Association in Paula's name.
